You can not grow and prosper in this industry without branching out and finding what is out there for you. A membership in a trade association is the best way to do this. Categories of Membership:
ACTIVE. Any person, firm, proprietorship, partnership or corporation, offering services which in any way apply to the cleaning, repairing, and/or other maintenance of items, such as carpets, upholstered furniture, rugs, commercial, or residential buildings and all other places of human occupation, shall be eligible for ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP in the ASSOCIATION OF WISCONSIN CLEANING CONTRACTORS INC., provided its representative(s) subscribe(s) to and agree(s) to abide by the by-laws, the code of ethics, and further providing that all financial obligations are discharged promptly as they become due as herein provided.

ASSOCIATE. Any person or firm engaged in the manufacture and/or distribution of machinery, supplies and/or the furnishing of services of any description to ACTIVE MEMBERS shall be eligible for

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP in the AWCC, provided its representative(s) subscribe(s) to and agree(s) to abide by the by-laws, the code of ethics and further that all membership fees are paid promptly as they become due, as herein provided.

Why should you join?
Without a fully unified professional cleaning industry, the chances of the public believing and trusting in our industry and the services we all provide is less likely. The collective knowledge of our members is our strength. Whether it is dealing with the government, lawmakers or governmental agencies who may attempt to impact or control our industry, or simply erasing myths about professional cleaning versus the do-it-yourselfer, there is strength in numbers. When you are an AWCC member, you never have to feel alone in the cleaning industry.

The AWCC works because it is made up of individuals just like you, who support the professional cleaning industry with their expertise, service, commitment, dedication, and professionalism. The AWCC can play a pivotal role in developing and guiding the strong and continued growth of the professional cleaning industry.

AWCC is closely affiliated with a number of other cleaning industry groups including organizations such as IICRC, ISCT, PCRA, and UCCI. AWCC members also receive free or discounted publications such as Cleanfax and Cleaning Specialist.
